Mining Pool

How to start mining

Point any KawPow GPU miner at the Morana pool. Use your transparent address as the username — that is where rewards are paid.

1 · Get an address

Create a transparent Morana address (tmor1…) in the wallet. This is your username and payout destination — never share your seed.

2 · Pick a server

Connect to the nearest region. All ports use variable difficulty (vardiff).

3 · Configure your miner

Use any KawPow-capable miner. We recommend open-source kawpowminer (no DRM / internet validation).

Miner configuration

# kawpowminer (open-source, no DRM)
kawpowminer \
  -P stratum+tcp://[email protected]:3032

# lolMiner
lolMiner --algo KAWPOW \
  --pool stratum+tcp://pool.morana.network:3032 \
  --user tmor1qYOUR_ADDRESS.rig1
Difficulty (vardiff)
Difficulty adjusts per worker to your hashrate. A short warm-up with a few rejected shares is normal.

FAQ

FAQ

Which miner should I use?

Any KawPow miner works. We recommend kawpowminer (open-source). Avoid t-rex on this stand — its DRM requires internet validation.

When do I get paid?

Automatically, once your unpaid balance reaches the minimum payout. The pool covers the payout transaction fee.

Where do I see my stats?

On the Miners tab — paste your transparent address. Stats are public per address.

Are testnet coins worth anything?

No. Testnet coins exist only to rehearse payouts and pool mechanics. Do not buy, sell or trade them.
