Six questions and an optional way to reach you. The build version and hash matter most — without them we cannot tell which code misbehaved, and the fix cannot be listed against your report in the next release notes.
This deployment cannot deliver reports right now
No feedback channel is configured, so the form below will refuse rather than pretend. Open an issue on GitHub instead — the link is on the contact page — and for anything security-sensitive use the disclosure channel in /.well-known/security.txt.
Never paste a seed phrase, private key or backup password
No support request will ever need one. If a report needs a log, read it through first — addresses and memos in it are yours, not ours. Found a vulnerability rather than a bug? Use the disclosure channel, not this form: reports here are not treated as confidential.
Where do I find the build version and hash?
On the About screen
In the desktop app it is under About. For this website they are shown on /about — the fields below are prefilled with the site's values, so overwrite them if you are reporting on the wallet or the messenger.
